I'm pretty sure it's just some sort of marketing method. Maybe they're scared that their MSRP for this product will scare possible customers away? I don't really know. Just a hunch.

i used my empire reloader on my old 98 custom. it will work great.

the revvy's feed rate drops to 10-13bps as opposed to a constant 12-13bps feedrate on the reloader. get the reloader. its awesome.
