Ok, before I say anything about the Ricochet, let me just say that if you have not owned one, you don't have room to talk about being "overpriced and slow".
Being a Ricochet owner for over two years now, I can tell you that they are awesome loaders. Very reliable and they are built pretty well. Their deflection engineering does work on, especially with head-on deflection shots, I can testify to that since it's worked numerous times. The features on the loaders are actually useful and not really costmetic like some other loaders out there.
Sure, they don't feed all that fast compared to Halos but people that get Ricochets are buying it because their marker won't have the ROF to get a more powerful loader.
The AK is easy to use, reliable, well-designed and can serve you well if you take care of it. Not to mention the customer service is stellar, so if anything does go wrong they will treat you like a king. When a new version of the Ricochet came out (I had the original version- old, clumsy and LOUD) I sent them my loader and they sent me a brand new one with the o-ring shell, quieter motor and improved agitator at no cost whatsoever. They go the extra mile for their customers, you can't go wrong with either the product or the company
