Brand New Egg

Man I got an egg yesterday and put on the batteries and it does nothing.I turn it on and the light blinks quickly and very dimly. It makes a low humming noise. Is this supposed to do this??!!And how do I get to see if it is working...I only have 5 paintballs so I dont think that will be enough to actually see it in action.

are you sure the batteries are fresh? if they are you have a major problem. take it back to where you bought it.

with most sites on the internet you have to return it within 30 days if you can even return it at all.

If you saw a spark then the board probably short circuited... get it fixed or swap it or something

I think that spark came from th result of me maybe having put the batteries in wrong the 1st time...but Im not sure...I really doubt thats why I got that spark.I guess soon this week I'll take it to the store I bought it from. And does VL do the repairs for free??They have a 30 day warranty, dont they? So will my problem be covered in that warranty??!!

I bet the batteries are in wrong. I had the same problem when I first bought mine thanks to the crappy design of the battery diagram. Move them around and try it again!

No I figured out how to put the batteries in the right way.The loader light turns on and makes the humming sound so the battery is on right.I called VL and they told me to take it to the store I got it from, that they should fix it.But I dont wanna pay too much to get it fixed. They didnt help much,I thought they couldve gave me a better solution.
