hey when you take the bolt assembly out of the freestyle, and pull on the white delrin, is it suppose to move forward easily?

i dont know what you mean by easily
but yes it will move forward if you pull on it

sand it down a bit so it moves smoothly it sounds like you got too much drag

k i screwed the delrin part yesterday, and pulled hard on the threads so i get better grip and it came out, it sounded like the lube in there dried up or something.. it sounded like it was glued when it came out, then it would move in and out, but not too easily.
