Freestyle LPR/ main reg problem

Both regs on my freestyle are loose, i use a LP tank, and when i put the main reg to 300 psi or so, and start adjusting the LPR, i can get to make it work right.. It starts choking on air when i shoot fast... What to do what to do??

adjust the LPR so it cocks correctly and don't turn it too high, just a little over complete cocking, then adjust the HPR to get the velocity where you want it. Maybe your regs need orings replaced or to be oiled.

i just had that problem and this is what i did, turn your hpr down to 225 then turn your lpr in until it leaks then back off 1/4 turn make sure your tank is in all the way and that it has air and i bet it shoots nice but you might have to turn the hpr up for velocity or down

Back the HPR down to like 225 then turn the LPR a quarter turn past full cocking. Then adjust velocity using the HPR.

i think you are supposed to have it at 300 thats what mine is at. Anyways I was too impatient to break in my LPR which was always doing something stupid... so I bought and STD lpr. I suggest this reg to everyone especially since the stock lpr looks really stupid.

Anyways yeah if you have a freestyle running at 225 that means something is wrong with either

1. you or
2. your gun or
3. your velocity
