As a couple of you know, I bought a B2K4, I got it in october, and it didn't work, out of the box. Took it to the shop, they coulden't fix it. Called up the site I bought it from (canadian paintball, never buy from them) and they said they don't sell used stuff, but get this: The shrinkwrap on the electronics in the frame was gone, and there was old electrical tape in there, AND they were all in backwards. So they say I have to send it to ICD, so I do, warranty work appearantly.

It's december 8th, I get a call from ICD, there were parts MISSING from the solenoid, and lot's of other work NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. The total was $109 U.S. WTF!? Now I'm pissed, I buy the gun, can't use it, send it back, and have to basically pay for it again! I haven't even shot the damn thing yet!

So I call Canadian Paintball, and tell them the whole thing, I start off polite, and explain to them that they are sob's, sold be a used AND broken gun, under the pretense that it was NEW, and I tell them to replace the gun, or pay for the repairs. I even told them I woulden't mention the leaky HPA tank they sent me. No dice, they send me back to ICD. I've gone in one big circle.

I call ICD back, and they want nothing to do with Canadian Paintball, tell us to call them. No way I'm calling them AGAIN for another turnaround. Now I'm just pissed at them. I say I'm not paying for the repairs, and they said they were gonna take the solenoid back out and send the gun back they way I got it.

Now I'm back to square one, I want my gun back fixed. I ask is there anything they can do on the price, and they cut of labor. Not it's $79 u.s. Still a crumby deal. I'm calling them tomorrow to get them to cut shipping.

My parents are gonna pay for the repairs as a christmas present, I only get one present over anything like $50 each year, and this year, it's the paintball gun I PAID for. w00t. It's gonna be a great christmas.

ICD sucks. Online stores suck. My local proshop sucks.

Don't flame me for complaining, I just need to vent.

I wouldnt say ICD sucks so much, they really had their hands tied, plus WTF? I'd **** with the store as much as i could and get them to lose business

u got screwed by the store, not ICD. They are just doing buisness. I feel for u though.

You didn't get screwed by ICD, you got screwed by the store that you bought the gun from. I mean come on, they send you a gun without a complete noid....

Sucks that you got ripped off like that though...

Well, it's only gonna cost 79, and the job is already done, and that 79 is w/ 3-day shipping. I don't hate ICD so much, cause I can see where they are coming from. But I'm never buying from that store again.

chacnes are, it still won't work.
hate to be pessimistic(Sp), but my gun came as ****, i got the noid replaced (75), and still had numerous problems.
If they ****ed your gun, they ****ed it good.
better make sure ICD shoots it before they send it back.

Cockerkid63: Much cheaper shipping, not only do I live in Canada, it's overseas shipping too. I live in Newfoundland. Plus I've been slammed with customs fees. That's why I ordered canadian.

Well, they are sending it back, I was told on Wednesday, it's gonna be 10 days, and cost me $79 USD. I'm kind of pissed off, but I'll get over it.

Maybe like 90, or a bit less probably around like 87..

I'm too lazy to go convert it.
