Feedneck Stuck

I just got my Promaster yesterday and I already had purchased a feedneck prior to Xmas and I was wondering what was the best way to take off the feedneck?

There are these cool things made for unscrewing stuck things, I forget what they are called, but it's like a thick rubber strip, with a wrench style handle, and you wrap it around it and twist, and it comes off a billion times easier, they are made by Mastercraft. If not, ICD_Mid-man's idea is also alright, since you are not going to be using the feedneck anyways, it shouldent matter if anything happens.

strap-wrench.

Now feednecks are secured to the gun w/ red locktite-which won't break up unless heated to 400*F.

If u can't strap wrench it i'd just take it to my proshop rather then take a torch to it. But i don't trust myself w/ large flames.

Oh ya i forgot to mention i heated it up w/ my heat gun that i use on my hockey sticks, so even try a hair dryer at max setting, that should work too.

eh, with my b2k4, we just cranked on it as hard as we could and it eventually gave out. probably not the best way, but it did work.

^Seems like he tried that.

Strap wrench, that's the ticket! Use one of those, and if that doesent work, your gonna have to torch it. Just completely remove everything else from the marker cause heat travels through metal pretty damn quick.

I have a similar problem.
I also have a zippo, lots of lighter fluid, and some time.
Can I get my feedneck off?
