ok so there are a few retailers on the net that are selling bushies with pds but im not going to be able to buy one for a bit so if i dont get one with pds would i be screwed and catch my hopper in a middle of a game if i go to fast. please post.

if you go too fast and don't have a hopper of equal or greater speed...you will chop. Badly.

I suggest getting a used b2k w/ pds look in the b/s/t around here and on pbn.

but if cant find a one with pds would it be bad without it or should i go with the BKO since it only does 22 bps. also i have an egg2 with the y board with that turned up all the way would it be able to handle 36 bps or like 28 (i have slow fingers).

You won't ever..ever get 36/28 bps. Without a super electonic advantage.
Walking normally, people usually only get around 15 bps. With ramping/bounce it can go higher, but the physical limit of peoples fingers is supposedly 21bps, and the limit on the B2K4 board is 36, and the limit on unmodded stock internals is in the low 20's.

You will only be getting about 13-14 bps if you have supposed "slow fingers" so an egg with y-board would be fine, even with a non-pds B2K4. Plus if you take all the procedures for a lower operating pressure, or buy a blind bolt, then you won't really chop anyways.
