well i just ordered a b2k4 without pds just cause i didn't have the money for it, well the question is could i just get a nox board without pds or do i need/is it recommended if i got pds first

There is no need for a new board if you don't have PDS, you will just end up chopping paint. Besides, the stock board will do for a while anyways, 36 bps cap.

What you should have done, is got it stock w/ PDS, but it's too late for that now. But you would regret having a new board and no PDS.
