I am currently going to get a fs-8 and I wanted to know a few specs on it. If anyone has any info on it let me know. Any input is greatly appreciated.

pain in the ass to balance the regs. But then magical after that. Slider bolt is excellent after about a case or 2 giving 1500 shots or so. Light hovering around 2lbs w/ barrel and regs. Very fast gun, 3mm PDS eyes, and the board has plenty of ramp modes. Humprey noid i'm pretty sure. Cant remember if it is manifold or hose though.

put like barrel swab in the breach to hold the bolt back,
with both regs set at 0psi
adjust the hpr to 200-240 psi
then slowly adjust the lpr. Looking down the breach and watch for the bolt to snap back when it does add a quator turn more and test fire ur marker over the chrono
to adjust velocity use the hpr, but every time u make an adjustment to the hpr the lpr needs to be rebalance/ set
at first its a little tricky but as i stated above after you catch on you can go it blindfolded with the marker behind ur back (very fast)
then

the first time it's just tricky b/c it's pretty delecate. W/ the lpr needing a retune everytime the hpr is increased or decreased to get the right fps. It gives you a little trouble in the begining. But as I said after that it's magical.

only everytime you adjust the hpr. See the lpr is responsible for cocking the bolt back. But it needs to counter the pressure the hpr is sending to push the bolt. They work in blanace so they need to be rebalanced everytime you adjust one.
