i heard someone tell me that you can adjust the lpr settings on a promaster, which i like, but i would like to know what the best settings are for the dwell and lpr for the promaster. if you could tell me i would be really happy.

Dwell sould be at 8ms.

Turn the LPR up until you hear the solenoid venting air off then back it out 1/4-1/2 turns.
