Promaster problem?

idk, if its a new problem or what but last time i whent ballin i noticed my balls were not going the ditance...ive always kinda noticed this but after i shot other guns i relized something must be wrong. I have to kinda aim a little higher so it "lobs" to the target in a arch? if you can understand that. Is it the barrel? the gun? When i whent to check the fps or w/e on the chromo(its been like 2 years since i played) the gun never shot the same. It would jump all over on the speed. This i know as always been a problem but now im starting to think its the gun? idk little direction would help.
