We'll just ordered a promaster. What does it come withnand what does it need to get it working? What's in the box? Does it come with an asa?

it needs a high pressure air tank, an air line and a ASA if you're buying it brand new.
I'd get a halo hopper or something better if you like, but don't get anything slower than a halo

you'll need an air tank, asa, macroline and 2 adapters. and like stated above a hopper like a vlosity, halo b, or empire reloader.

Why high pressure? Assuming the tank regulator has enough flow to avoid drop off (which most are), a LP would work, would it not?

You're correct darktamer. It doesn't need a hp output tank, ICD recommends a lp tank, both will run fine.

As for as upgrades go. i would recommend a new barrel and a nice regulator. you could also invest into a clamp feed to.
