Thumbs up Leaking?

What should i use to patch up the unused port on the other side of the reg. I have the blocker for the other air port, but i screwed it in and it still is leaking. Should I use like locktite or something like that?

Loctite or teflon tape, I like teflon tape because you don't have to wait for it to dry.
