Hey guys my b2k2 will not pressurize. the HPR reads zero. i can get the gun to shoot one ball by messing with the LPR then it loses pressure and the bolt returns forward. any ideas? im clueless
alright ill try that out. also i was doing some reading and found that it does say to NEVER use co2 with this gun. i did connect co2 to this gun. think that could be the source of my problem? maybe bad regulators or solenoid?
ok and its not leaking. the LPR does do its blow off thing with tightening down on it. so maybe after a good cleaning and still not working HPR? since its reading zero
that or your gauge is broken. It coudl also be that your tanks valve pin is not being pressed in allt eh way. try screwingth e tank in more, if it's possible
yea the tanks def on all the way. on/off switch put it tight as possible on with switch off then turn it on. just talked with my buddy and he says that the gun was working for him before he gave it to me. he only ran compressed air. so the gun did shoot before the co2. shot maybe one hard ball with co2 connected then nothing with it or compressed.
Your hpr has to be letting some air through for your lpr to pressurize at all. I'd still say to clean and relube first and foremost. The gauge may be blown, but that won't prevent you from getting the marker back up and running.
Gassing it up with co2 is unlikely to have hurt it. It's the temperature changes and potential pressure spikes associated with rapid fire draining a tank quickly that can cause damage.
ok i started taking the gun apart and theres like this teal/blue like liquid. all over the bolt and around the hpr. doesnt really have a smell. is that bad?
ok so i got my gun cleaned. as soon as i put air to it the gun pressurized and the bolt moved back. gauge still reads zero. i reset the HPR and the LPR. fired hard once then the next one was half as much and the same with the next. then nothing and the bolt didnt go all the way back after the first shot.... anymore ideas?
Edit: I see that we posted at the same time. Is this still with co2 or have you switched to air? Still sounds like a reg issue. Does the reg have a filter? I haven't owned a bushy since 2000 and can't recall.
hey guys thanks for the help... looks like we got it fixed as of now. the on/off switch to the tank was covering the outlet to the gun.. really weird.. but i just ran through 1000psi and every shot out of the gun was hard. thanks again guys!!
Glad to hear it! I've seen filters clog and act like that, and 90 degree air fittings drilled incorrectly to the extent that connecting a hose to them would actually block the air inlet, but I've never seen a defective on/off.
