Well, I have been reading reviews.
Can I ask what an ASA is ? It seems it doesn't come with one, and I'm not sure what that is :P
Also, I heard the feedneck is garbage. I have a VL hopper, will it fit ? I don't want to do a lot of maintenance on the gun, just buy it and use it

Air Source Adapter. WHere you screw your tank in.
Never used one with the stock feedneck, so can't help you there.

Wait, so the gun doesn't have a thing to use your air tank..... the **** ?
Oh well, if he was using it, he obviously has one. :P

it's a non-clamping feedneck. if you wedge an o-ring or a piece of paper between the neck and your hopper it'll be ok.

Ahh, I see.
No big deal, right ? I have an extra feedneck from my VS1, can I use it ?

no. your hopper will fit into it, but it will be loose. that's why you wedge somethign inbetween.

Ok, thanks everybody. I'll contact my friend tomorrow to see if he will sell it to me.
LAST THING LOL, if I could get a mini, which is better overall, mini or promaster ?

Personal preference. I'd always recommend trying to shoot both to see what you are more comfortable with.
Do note, though, that the mini is smaller, lighter, and probably 5 years newer than the Promaster and parts/service for it would be easier to find if you needed it.

Also the mini does not have internal hoses, which makes it easier to service.

i have a promaster, and as much i love it, i also hate it at the same time...
imo, this gun will perform as well as you can balance regulators, i SUCK at balancing regulators so the promaster and me does not mix,
if i had a choice i would go for the mini hands down
