Well I'm no expert on BKO's but i did it on my B2k, and i'm 99% sure it's the same place so I'll tell you what i did. Very simply, take out the pull pin, Bolt, ram and LPR. then you want to take out your trigger frame. After you get that off there should be a fairly-large sized Set Screw(Screw that uses Allen wrenches that is leveled off to the rets of the body or whatever) and that should be just behind where the lpr is. Simply take the screw out, and use a squee-gee or something and push the old valve out. Examine it to find out the position it was in, lube up the Vapor valve, and place it in the same way as the stock valve. After you have it put in, loctite the Set Screw and let it settle for a bit. Assemble everything and be happy with the new valve.
Like i said before, I HAVEN'T WORKED WITH BKO'S! I did this on my 2k3 and from what I know, everything is basically set up the same way.

Do you need too? I think it'll come out from where the volumizer is, just unscrew the volumizer after you unscrew the screw under the body. It should come out from there. Maybe there is something in front of it you need to pull out too. But then the valve should be right there.

I have a 2k4 BKO, so it just has the lpr at the front... And when i unscrew it, i see the valve. I think the reason im supposed to take out the ram is so i can push the valve out? Cuz even if it was loose right now, id hafta somehow get somethign in there and pull it out. I dunno, maybe that could work.

taking the ram out is easy, you untwist the cap below the bolt chamber and thats it and you can see the valve...

double post= sorry
But i cant unscrew the screws, it frikken sucks. The screws for the bko strip WAY to frikken easily, and i cent even undo it. Its ghey.
EDIT k, i got the back cap off, but not the two screws. I see the ram, but how do i get it out?
EDIT EDIT: ok, i got the screws out, but its diff on a bko then on a b2k. On a bko, the ram housing is squarish. Any ideas?
