stripped tray screw

Hey, one of my tray screws stripped, and i cant get it out. A vapor valve is one the way, so i really need to get the tray off. Also, my trigger frame is semi loose, so i need to tighten the screw that you can only get to if you take off the tray. Any suggestions on how to take it out? I'm open to all ideas, please help!!!

I think you'll have to use a tap wrench. Do the other ones come out? Cus I stripped the threads on mine and I just use 3 screws instead of 4 and it works fine.
