04 BKO bolt question

OK, just got my new bko, loved it first time i played. However when i was all done playing i noticed that one of the allen scews on the back of the marker was missing, while the one on the opposite side was loose. The scewes i am talking about are on each side of the marker, all the way in the back below the bolt. It seems like they hold the electric sear in place inside the gun. When I tightned the remaining screw i noticed that I can no longer slide the bolt back and forth smothly, it gets very tight toward the rear of the gun. IF i take the screw out it slides with ease. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appriciated.

Don't worry about the pictures of them it's just the way they are and could you be more specific on to where the bolts are located? Are you talking about the frame set crews the manifold screws....?

ok, try to describe this, if i can't i will just post i pic later to help. on the side of the gun with the pressure gauge the screw is right next to the serial number between it and the knob at the rear of the marker, the other screw is exactly on the opposide side directly above the warning this is not a toy label.

The first screw you mentioned which should be bigger than the other screws is probably the valve screw. Pics would really help but from what I'm understanding your tray is coming off, just tighten the tray screws more and you should be ok.

Well if he is that used to happen to me too, I forget what they did but the guys at my shop put some soft loctite on it or some adhesive to keep it in place.

thats what i was thinkin, cuz you can get it to the point where it is not to tight but not gonna fall out, some blue loctite would ease my mind. And yea, they are the ones on the back of the marker

what happens is when you tighten them too much the bolt wont move, becuase of the junky engineering flaw back there. What happens is when its tightend to much the trigger frame and bolt frame seperate because there isnt any type of spacing between them for these screws. I found this out myself. you have to tighten them until they are snug but the bolt is still able to move. youll see what i mean.
