hi i would like to know the best set up for the mini. DWELL value, velocity, etc.

velocity? Just keep it under 300 fps or the legal field limit.

DWELL and BIP DELAY are the setting i would like to know and understand better. please mini owners.

Every mini will be different so there wont be a 'universal best' setting. There are a lot of people running there dwell any where from 20 to 28 is about the norm, play around with it. BIP at 1, psi 185 - 200. Play around and see what you get, and what works for you.

What does dwell and bip actually do/stand for? I never really got a good understanding of it.

I took this from one of my old post replies on the same subject:

Anyone correct me if I am wrong, but dwell is the duration of time the noid is active and allowing air to fire the ball. The BIP is the amount of time the ball has to be in the breach before the eyes allow you to fire. Ramping point is the amount of BPS you have to reach before the ramp setting activates. Example is: you must pull the trigger at a rate of 5 Balls Per Second before the ramp mode kicks in to make up the differnce to get to 15 BPS
