Question about a tank used with a Invert

A friend gave me a tank for cheap that is a Carleton Fiber Wrapped 4500 PSI Compressed Air Tank that was used with an invert mini. I'm not sure if it can be used on a cheap Spyder VS1? I know i need a high pressure system for my gun, but I don't know that much about air systems. The Invert users manual said it recommends a low pressure tank, but I'm not sure if this is one.

If the tank is low pressure is there a way to make it high pressure?

4500psi is high pressure but the mini has a regulator which maintains the pressure at 200psi. Try asking in the Spyder section.

if you swap out the Lp reg for a HP regulator it'll be high pressure. (the regulator on the tank, not the marker)

Please tell us the make and model of the regulator on the tank, then we can tell you if it will work.
