NXL - Type of full auto
PSP - Ramping or 3-shot, more than one shot per trigger pull
NPPL - Semiauto
Millennium - Another type of full auto I think

Search youtube and you can see videos of the different modes in action

Just to add a little....

NXL - After 3 shots you hold the trigger to go full auto
PSP - Ramping kicks in after 3 shots; player must maintain 5 bps to remain firing fully automatic. 10.3 bps cap.
NPPL - Semi
Millennium - you manually pull the trigger till it reaches 7.5 bps, from there it goes into ramp mode (full auto), which means one trigger pull and it continues to fire. Most are capped at a 15 bps.

the cap each person has is going to depend on when the marker was produced, but on the mini the ramp points and max rate of fire is left as adjustable so you can set it however you like

on nxl full auto however you can not change the 3 shot thing, but if you have your ramp point set too low im not sure it will kick to full auto when you pull the trigger 3 times
