mini reg issues

ok so of course now that i got this mini i have some issues and need a little help, the issue today is with the reg. i have an inline on/off asa and if i slowly turn on the pressure the guage keeps climbing and climbing untill it is over 300 psi and starts venting out the bottom (btw miller you were correct on that vent plug, but i was thinking you were talking about the purge not an overpresurization port) i unscrew the reg all the way out and nothing, it still spikes the guage, i tried both my tanks to make sure the tank reg was not the problem.

it worked when i got it so something has happened since then

also if anyone knows there i can find the sizes on the o-rings throughout the mini i could really use it, its not in the manual

found a video, i think i know what i did, pretty sure i installed the front cap wrong, putting too much pressure on the main spring and therefor cranking the pressure up too high. as soon as i am done installing CS4 i will try to fix it

fixed, yup sure enoufgh that was it, when i disassembled it i didnt pay close enoufgh attention to the cap and how far it was screwed in, so when re-assembling it i just cranked it on untill tight which put too much pressure on the main spring and over presurized the reg

its still a piss poor design though.....
