make sure your hoses don't have any holes or slits in them and also make sure that the bolt is pushed back before raising the pressure. It happened to me once.

I don't know the design of ions.. my experience is mostly autocockers or tippmanns.. if not the hoses..how about the valve?

New battery generally solves that one.

well since you have extra hoses, you might as well replace them and see if it still leaks....

First off, to find where the gun is leaking from, connect all of the hoses but DONT connect the frame to the body and then gas it up without putting too much stress on the hoses and listen for where the leak is coming from. Once you've found the leak you can probably figure out how to fix it from there.
However, did your gun come with clear hoses stock, or the blue hoses stock. My clear ones stock leaked a teeny weeny bit forever but i couldn't figure out what it was and my stock hoses looked impeccable. When I broke my power button i sent my board into smart parts for repair and asked for the blue hoses while they were at it, and they obliged. Once I got the blue hoses i've never had a leak again, so even if the hoses look spotless and perfect, it could still be the hoses or just the way the hoses are seated on the barb.

ya i'd check ur bango fittings inside ( like nylar said ) and search for the leak, if it is one of them take out ur air and dissassemble the marker then replace the bango fitting ( BE SURE TO PUT IT BACK PROPERLY! ) other than that i'd send it back to Smart Parts and have them throw in some spare bango hoses and if u can pinch the deal maybe even a Macro line while ur at it

Ah sorry. I got it mixed with a question from another forum. I though he said it don't shoot above 120psi.
What Nyarlothep13 is talking about is shown here. Isolate the leak then tell us where it's coming from.
