HPA low or high

Is it better to use a Low pressure tank or a high pressure tank with an ION ?

just get the High Pressure, because pretty much all guns (with the exception of some angels etc.) will work with HP and will give you no grief. The on-gun vertical regulator will dial the input pressure for the gun down to the proper operating pressure and a higher pressure from the tank to the regulator will result in less shoot down and better consistency in my experience.

Listen to him. Ive used a high pressure tank on my IONs since they first came out (Yeah, it sucked being on that 8 month waiting list) and i have had no problems.
