Ion upgrade question!

I was wondering if i should continue to upgrade my ion, with firebolt,360 qev, cp trig, cp reg, fohen body, freak barrel, blackheart board.

Or if I should save the few hundred i was planing to sink into the ion and by like a dm, shocker, intimidator, Angel ...ext a (high end marker) stock and upgrade it in the future.

Btw i have a few minior ups on the ion already.

Thanks for any input

Also if you choose the (save money part and by high end) any recomendations are greatly apprechiated.

I would personally say save your cash, because if u snoop around ebay, there are a lot of kickass high-end guns going for insane prices. I regularly see 05 timmys going for anywhere from 200-400 dollars and the 06's are sitting around 550-600 (pretty cheap when u consider msrp is like 1100).

If you decide to keep the Ion though, i would say don't mess with the foehn body nor the cp reg, because the body will just be heavier (but prettier) and the reg is really not necessary because the stock reg is more than fine. The 360 and Firebolts are definitely good ideas and after that it is all pretty much preference for example your trigger etc. As for the board, I would say T-Board if you plan on getting a CP trigger.

^^^ who are you?

anywho, it depends on what you like to do more, i personally like trying to void out my warranty as much as i can and get an totally original marker - but i have a nice marker to play with anyway...

so i guess it's up to you, if an ion is your only marker, i'd personally suggest saving up some cash and getting a used marker from someone you can talk to... (someone like jaggy13, who knows what they're talking about and at the same time, will give you a pretty good deal on it.)

for suggestions on what type of marker? maybe a dm4, pm5 or a 05 timmy... (depending on what type of markers you like) here's a link to a nice marker from fuzzy you can look at.

ya man i can get a DM5 right now for atleast 40% off of the MSRP price. and i can get a 48/4500 carbon fiber wrapped tank and a HAlo B with that for the same price ( i have no clue but he threw them in as bonuses so he can pay for college xD)

but ya man, play with what makes you happy and feels right. and if you got the money i'd go for a new gun myself, never a bad move to upgrade to a new marker, especially after you played for awhile =)
