Im new to the game and would like to kno wat are some of the best upgrades for the gun but dont want to spend alot of money..please help.

good choice, you got a very customizable gun. the first things i would get are a qev and a clamping feed neck. you can find a warrior clapming feed neck for around 20 buck, and a qev for about 15. the feed neck on the stock ion isn't very good for a lot of hoppers, and the qev will allow you to get a higher rate of fire and more shots per fill, and then theres always the barrel. lots of good chices for barrels for under 40, like the proto one piece. good luck
