so theres most definately something wrong with my reg. its the stock1 for the ion. anyways i ways playing today and as soon as i got done chronoing it i shot a few more rounds like as soon as i shoot i had no pressure. it wierd and when im not shooting my gauge will start at like 200psi and it will creep all the way up to 300. is there any way i can fix that.i asked the tech guy there and he said it was like reg creep or something how do you fix that?! any advice would be appreciated.

Properly clean and relube the reg, the seals are bad. May have to replace some o-rings, so check them.

thx ill try that but i think im just gonna go ahead and buy a new cp reg cuz a lot of people are saying that the smart parts regs arnt very good. i was trying to put this in the ion forum i couldnt find it but i know where it is now. thx

the stock ion reg is perty good. have you ever taken off the reg before?

also,if you would shoot and then it would shut off like you said, that could be your bottom line, i have seen many on/offs that when you screw them in too far they actually pinch off the airflow because the pin goes in to far,try turning the knob all the way on and then backing it off just a bit. as for the reg creep, i think pizzer has the right idea, relube, replace bad o-rings etc.

yeah ive taken it off but i couldnt do anything lol cuz i didnt have a deep well socket but ive got one now and im gonna try to relube and replacing the seals.

ok ,my cousin bobby took his apart and the same thing happened, the problem was he put some screw in to far blocking the airflow.

umm the reg was screwing up b4 i had even taken it apart it started right after i had adjusted the velocity.
