Ion Problem
OK, let me start by telling you what I have.
Ion
Virtue Board
New Designz Skeleton Bolt
CP Reg
SP 360 QEV
As for cosmetic, new body and trigger frame
Here is my problem. The faster I shoot, the weaker the shot is. I am using a Nitro tank and I thought that was supposed to be consisitant? Just curious what could make it lose pressure and fire weaker the faster I pull?
Also, what pressure range should the ion be shooting in on the guage?

what might be happening is that the gun isn't recharging because of the tank isn't putting enough pressure into the gun, what tank do u have? there could also be a very minor leak somewhere in the bolt assembly allowing less air to push the bolt forward.
Now when it loses the the power is it because your shooting fast? or is it just because u fired once, hit that much power, again lower ect ect.

My best geuss would be that one of your hoses is broken. Air up the gun and listen for even a small leak. If its not that then your reg might be dirty and need cleaning, or the macro is clogged up, or the tank isnt recharging fast enough, but i dont think its the tank.

Try this,
Air up your gun, and note the pressure indicated on the gauge on/above the regulator.
start shooting a at varrying speeds(5 bps, 10, 20, etc) and look at the gauge, if its not returning even remotely close to the original pressure then its from the regulator and back.
If it recharges close to your inital value then its almost certainly past your regulator.

One thing you might want double check is that the Tank is screwed in the ASA all the way and check for any leaks between your Grip frame thatyour Reg

Have you messed with the settings? If so, put them back to stock, your dwell might be too low. Most likely you just got one of the bad regs that came with the earlier models, try cleaning and relubing the regulator if the settings are still stock.
