I have recently got into paintball. I have a stock XE with a clamping feedneck and Empire Reloader B. I am ready to drop some more on it. I am really just making sure all of this will work. I am pretty sure I have most of it figured but I am still new.

Anyways here is the list...

DeadlyWind Hollowpoint bolt
QEV(The DW one if I order the bolt direct or just the virtue from ActionVillage)

All of the following will be ordered from ActionVillage:
Squeegee (so I don't have to use a buddies)
Seal kit (for some extra o-rings and lube)
Remote (for when I play in the woods-most of the time)
Belt pack (for obvious reasons lol)

Eventually I will get a barrel but I need to find some better paint up here in Alaska. Then I will be able to get a good bore/paint match. As right now I am using MonsterBalls... Runs and hides... They suck. That is why I want to find some better paint before I get a barrel. At least see what is up here.

I am really just looking for more efficiency(but added accuracy is welcomed), seeing as the paint/barrel will come a little later when I figure out what we have. Thanks for the input and putting up with another ION upgrade thread.

Look for the upgraded bolt offered by smart parts. Its a nice piece of engineering and also keeps the warranty.

If you meen the FireBolt, than I seriously hope you're joking. While being an improvement over the stock bolt, it's quite overspriced and fragile.

If anything, Stick with the HollowPoint or think about the TechT L7, the two best Ion bolts in existance.

Also, I'd stay away from a remote, it makes it awkward to shoot if you don't have a stock. I'd just use the tank as a stock and keep it like that.

Good thinking with the paint, you'll be happy you switched over
