The first Nylatron bolt was the Spudnukl and it performed so well that other companies jumped on it to.

yea the spudnukl is awesome too. i just felt like getting his top of the list at the time. i know they have near identical performance, i'm just an idiot i'm the type of person that does so much research on the stuff i buy(computer parts, whatever else) i read lots of reviews. ususally i dont splurge, but i find the happy medium where price/performance come together. i guess i splurged this time. it wont hurt too much i guess. well, i could keep the AKA and if the blue comes out to be better when i find some numbers, i could put it in my other spyder i guess (thad be later though). i'm trying to fully pimp this thing out. i know and preach that this wont make a player any better, this is just a project i'd like to do. after using that mech frame for so long, the electric is fun, i lightened it with the two screws and you cant really even see it move when you shoot. i feel like i have so much controll over it. i play the djembe drum and do a lot of finger movement on there. i can even do beats on the trigger and the solenoid responds. anyway i'm on a rampage with the talking so i'll end this post with a nice asterik*

Yea I know how you feel but the Spud isnt a medium type bolt its still top of the line and has more features than the AKA. With the $$$ saved you could have bought some other things like a spring kit, spare parts, other cosmetic upgrade looks. But hey its your $$$ do what you will and have fun just try to be "smarter" with it.

i guess they're all really close, they all are obviously doing lots of research to make the best bolt they can, so with any of the 3 i think we'll be safe. our bolts can be friends how bout that?

Sounds good but mine was the first Nylatron that set a big trend in bolts and is a better value

ok, so what about high pressure? is the blue bolt still good for high pressure too, or is there another bolt? because what it sounds like is that its only made for low pressure.

the aka bolt came in. wow. it shot waaaaaaaay too fast. guess they werent lying. i like. i had to use a pin from the old bolt, so i didnt know exactly how long to make it, but i just held it against another stock bolt. i shot really fast for a while to see if it would tear up like my stock bolt, and after a couple hundred rounds, there was nothing on the bolt. so i'd say it was a successful upgrade because it got more velocity using the same pressure, allowing me to lower it. and it doesnt scratch
