Spring

Is there anyway to fix my velocity spring or do i have to buy a new one, because i have my velocity cranked and am only chronoing @ around 220-230

Make sure the guide or the little metal plate/disc is still behind it. If not the spring won't take tension right and the power will be low.

If that's not the problem, and replacing it isn't possible, take it out and stretch it by hand. It's temporary, but it should kick the velocity up a little.
