it is exactly that. and no chopping balls isn't bad for the gun but it is annoying. when i play, this happens every other shot sometimes and the rest of the time it happens every 3 shots. then i have to clean out my gun, only to put it back to together and have it happen again. it sucks. thank fully i got a new gun for christmas. but i put a lot of money into my spyder trying to fix the problem and i don't want to give up on it.

I understand man, I hate it when you keep having to run back and forth to town to get stuff fixed and exchange faulty tanks and such. I would seriously take that gun to a pro shop. I know this is what every one says. Better yet just call a pro shop and tell them your situation and everything your've tried to do to fix it so far, and most would be happy to give you advise.
Only time my gun chopps like that, is on full auto when my hopper isent fast enough for the gun, because its not an electronic hopper!

I hade the same problem with my Spyder Rodeo untell I got my Spyder Electra ACS. Your hopper is not feeding fast enoufe. The balls get stuck in the hopper and dont get into the chamber fast enoufe to not get choped.....its not the trigger...mine does the same thing....The trigger is so senistive that it shoots 3 times....So heres the thing get a Kingman Anti-Chop Bolt and a VL Evloution Hopper
