Where'd you get 1500psi from? Unless it is the bulk reading from an HPA tank, that amount of pressure shouldn't be seen anywhere. CO2 shouldn't give you more than 800 or 900, and HPA is regulated to ~850 or ~450.
Regardless, no a new trigger won't do anything for chopping. That is only effected by how fast you can get new paint into the gun. A agitated loader like the Revvy or the more expensive, faster Halo or Reloader B would stop it.

And by the way it was your bolt that was chopping. It takes a little bit to break em in.

It wasnt in the spyder forum when he posted that tho...a mod moved it here.
The bolt takes a bit to break in. it starts out very stiff. you can take it out and mess with it a little to help it along.

here's an easy solition fora new trigger that cost me a whole 83 cents.
remove the trigger, take it to a bench grinder and grind down the bump so the trigger is flat.
next, buy a threaded rod at a local hardware store (i bought a 4-40 one) drill a hole the approperate size and thread it. cut the threaded rod to the size you want (this is your trigger stop if you haven't figured that out yet) and screw it in, securing it witha tiny bit of loc-tite.
if you dont' have the drill bit adn tap, you can buy them together at lowes for around $5.

As long as you arent making pointless posts it is completely fine. The only time where there is trouble is if you are spamming just to get your post count up, but I havent seen you doing any of that.
