Ijust purchased a new Syder pilot ACS and i did oil the Marker before using but it is still cutting paint any ideas ? also what is the best way to remove your Co2 from the gun when finished using it
Is the bolt derlin or aluminum? If you oiled it and it's derlin, it will swell up and you'll be screwed and have to get a new bolt, but you should be fine if it's aluminum. Anyways, if the gun is brand new, the acs bolt just needs to be broken in. The first time I used my acs bolt, I chopped like crazy. Just take it out and contract it like 50 times and you'll be all set.
Are you useing cheap walmart paint? if your going to buy paint from Walmart, always buy gameface paintballs called Scorch.
this is the 1500 pack you can only get from walmart online, go to any walmart store to get the 1000 box for 20$
The ACS bolts take time to break in. They are still likely to chop at first, and can still chop even after they are broken in, although it wont be nearly as bad.
As far as removing co2, I usually unscrew it 1/4 to 1/2 turn(enough to disengage the pin) and then shoot the air out of the marker. After that you can just unscrew the tank and be done.
