I bought a NDZ hp valve as a replacement. Comes with new cup seal and the little rod thing that you screw into cup seal, cant think of the name. Drilled bigger than stock, they claim 50+ fps boost but I didnt see any. I was using a different shim though that was supose to be 10 less fps than stock that I was using. I did see more consistant fps though. One of the best things was it was only like 22$ off pb gear. Spring or shim kit is always a good investment because the stock adjuster really doesnt do much.
Feedneck: Def go with ccm no/low rise or trinity. Lapco makes a nice clamping too.

Pretty much same thing happened to my friends.
