youre missing your tourney lock jumper.
it's a jumper identical tot he ones that are ued to change how hard drives/dvd players interact with eachother (slave/master sort of thing)

take a look inside, and see if you're missing it or not...
the lock is located inside the red circle here:
when it's off (locked) and the jumper is not attacked there will be 2 prongs where the piece was:
if you happen to think you've found it, it looks something like this (taken out of my imagine):

k thanx hunts. i found it and i put something metal between the two prongs and it works, but now i need to know a fix for it. what can i do to keep contact between them that will stand up to moving around and such.
EDIT: i was lookin for the jumper in the frame and found it so i guess it got loose and fell inside the frame. i replaced it and it all works good now.

if i could suggest anything to you, it would be to contact kingman... that would probably be your best bet... idk if any normal online retailer would carry something like that... or you could see if your local pro shop might have one or be able to get one for you.

I believe that the jumper on harddrives is the same size, so you could check your local cdw or compusa to see, like a 50cent part.
