I got the Spyder VS3 for XMAS. It shoots well and it actually a pretty good gun straight stock, But i wanted to add a drop forward to the gun. Is there a drop forward that will go with ti. I tried my friends he pulled off his ion. It Looks like it would fit , but i cant get it to slide onto the butterfly slide it comes with. Also are there other upgrades that you can do to it.. Feedneck?

spyder feednecks could fit. Unless the vs3 is different i thought u would need a spyder fitted drop. Because spyders have different holing then other guns. Check the holes on the grip frame and tell em what they look like. Line up strait across or like diagnol. Also im pretty sure most upgrades for other spyder guns would work on this 1. But this gun seems like it has more of the stuff people buy to upgrade there gun. Shoot it see what you dont like. So far it seems like u dont like the feedneck and you want a drop. Play with it some more maybe you'll find another weakness you want to correct.

qft, they gelt pretty good when I help one at the store, didnt get to shoto one but they felt eprty good. s for the asa you will moe thne liekly need to buy a spyder attachment that lets you use other asa's on the gun.

Actually, the standard spyder feed necks dont work with the VS3 because the VS3's feedneck does not have holes. You can search and find a no-hole spyder clamping feedneck (clamping are best). I also herd that i want to say it was Impulse/Ion/Pre-NXT shocker clamping feednecks also fit. But I would try to find a friend that had one before i bought one to see if it works. I play with the stock feedneck and it works fine for me. And about the drop forwards, the best brand to buy if your going to buy anything for the VS3 would be all custom Products parts. My friend went through 4 BARRELS BEFORE HE FOUND ONE THAT WORKED!!! the Custom Product barrel fits perfectly. and all the drop forwards that ive seen added on a vs3 have been custom pruducts.
