Ive seen a few spyders with macro lines but i read they were for low pressure guns. Is this viable for a stock spyder? Ill have a cp regulator on soon, will this make the gun low pressure enough for a macro line kit?

you can have a macro line while running CO2. I have one of my guns (Spyder Sonix) setup with a macro line and it works fine.

Yes it will work fine. I have macro line on two piranha's, and have several friends that have them on Draguns.
