spyder extra - bad co2 leak
I just bought a new Spyder extra and used it once. It worked great, but eventually chopped a ball, so I took it apart to clean it. I only took out the rear bolt parts, not the valve parts on the front of the lower bore. The parts were essentially clean, but oiled and reassembled all. When I screwed on the co2 tank, it leaks terribly out the front cover of the lower bore, where the valve is. It leaks whether cocked or not. I took the bolt apart a couple more times, carefully reassembling the rear parts per the parts illustration, but same result. I took the cover off the valve, and looked inside (didn't remove valve) but all looks clean.
What am I doing wrong? Everything was done on a bench, didn't lose any parts, and a brand new marker!
