yes there pretty good but the acs bolt isnt the best choice for a spyder. even though its the point of the gun. but yes it works quit well in speedball.

^^Ya know! They put that bolt in there to make a really good Spyder, and it isn't really that good of a part to put into it! Other than that, yeah its a good gun for speedball. If you really wanted to, you could get an Ion for $225.99.

Can't compare an Ion to a Pilot ACS. The Ion will outperform the spyder, but it's 120 $ over the Pilot. To answer to CMW7290, yes the pilot is a nice gun at a low price, but it has alot of kick. Which means it won't be easy to shoot pretty straight at high fire rate.

But for the price, there's nothing better. BTW you can find it at really low price on actionvillage, but order the marker alone, not in a big player kit. It's alot cheaper.

For speedball I'd really recomend the Pilot ACS over the Imagine. The imagine only reads the trigger 13 or so times a second, so if you walk the trigger a little too fast (not very hard) you have a good probability that you'll hit the trigger when it's not being read, so the gun won't fire. The Pilot ACS has a different circut board which reads the trigger 20 times a second, so you have a significantly better chance of hitting the trigger while it's being read. That means you'll have a more consistant rate of fire (very important) and potentially a faster ROF. Also, the Pilot ACS comes with a delrin bolt, which is plastic and regardless of it's anti-chopping abilities the plastic bolt will reduce recoil a good bit which will go a long way in the accuracy department. Hope I helped.
