Spyder Victor Problem, Please Help!

I bought a used, and not very well maintained victor off of a friend from work, I have 0 experience with paintball guns and cannot figure out why it won't work.

After about 2 hours with a buddy of mine we went throught the whole gun cleaned out all the old paint and such and got it looking new, lubed everything up and put it back together, it won't for whatever reason "blowback" and cock itself, it will shoot once, but then i have to manually pull the bolt back to get it to reload. I replaced one of the springs with a brand new one and that while increasing the velocity, did nothing for actually making it reload itself, I really am unsure of what to replace or where to look for my problem.

Thanks for any help in advance.
