Swapping Trigger Frames..
I have a Spyder E99 Avant as my second gun, and I recently traded the Egrip on it for a mechanical semi-automatic trigger frame. I have also recently gotten my hands on an Egrip off of a Transformer Paintball marker, and wish to install it onto my E99. Here's the rub: The piece that sticks up from the trigger frame itself to hold the bolt back (cock the marker) doesn't reach up high enough. I tried swapping this peice out, but there is no way to do it with any of the parts I have available. If I try bending it upwards a little bit by putting it into a vice grip ond use a hammer, will that work? All I need it to do is go up high enough to cock the marker when its pulled back. Here is a picture of the gun that I am taking the trigger frame from.
