Which Spyder?

I am looking to upgrade my gun and I am torn between Four. The VS1, VS2, VS3, or the ACS....any input would be great....thanks! Oh and I usually just play in scenarios or rec games.

Depends on your budget : if you can afford HPA or not.

If yes, then check for a VS2. Really nice, low kick, shoot great. Best bang for the buck. The VS3 is the same marker, with a rocking trigger, and makes it more expensive for nothing. So according to me, the VS2 is a better buy.

If you can't afford HPA, then check for a VS1. It shoot as great as a Pilot, but have eyes as anti-chop system, which makes it a better marker compared to the Pilot ACS. I own one and I think it's great for the money, the only thing I see to upgrade for now is a barrel and a feedneck...

And that is your first post, and you joined in 2003 ? Then Welcome to the forum, no one could tell you before

Thats weird my post count must have been reset sense its been so long sense my lost post.

Okay so Im am now leaning towards the VS2 over the other VS models....but what kind of antichop system does it have? Also what about the ACS? From the looks it looks like a decent gun.

No the acs Is a bad gun. It chops like crazy and the vs2 has eyes which is way better than the anti chop system. Eyes means the gun wont shoot unless theirs a paintball and the vs3 is also bad because like weever said its more expensive for nothing. rocking triggers are bad. Get either a vs2 or a vs1

^^Like he said, all VS markers have eyes. ACS are not bad, but eyes are much better.

Check in my sig : I posted a review on the VS1 and on the VS2 (which is the same as the VS3, exept the trigger). Sure you'll find alot answers there.

Any known brand will do the job : Crossfire, DXS, Pure energy... Size does matter, but it's all up to you. IMO 68ci/4500psi are good size and give alot of shots (1000+).

What are the dimensions on that tank? And could I use a low pressure tank with the vs2?

Dimensions are differents from a manufacturer to another, but I think the DXS are the smaller...

I would recommend using a HP tank with a VS2, the recharge rate will be better, and the tank more compatible with other brand of marker if you decide to change in 2-3 years...
