I just ordered my Spyder vs1 for my first gun. While i was doing research on this product i heard alot about how the feedneck is very bad. So i decided to buy a new feed neck right now. I decided to buy the CORE Spyder Clamping Feedneck - No Holes on xtremez.com for $19.99.

Soo i was wondering if this new clamping feedneck will fix the problem.

Um yeah i tried to unscrew the stock feed neck and it wont pop out and i look at the feedneck i bought and it is not screw it has like ears. Can you please help me

return it and get the right kind. you bought one with tabs, you need one that's threaded

as for the feedneck, use a strap wrench.

Moved to spyder forum.

Strap wrench and heat will get it off.. I recommend a hair dryer on high to loosen the lock tite.
