Question E-Trigger battery

ok, so according to spyder the battery will get about a 6 hour battery life. is this true? also (since it has to be charged in the gun) what can i do once the battery dies? can a normal 9v be used, or must i get a second spyder battery? also anyone know how fast the rapid charger (car charger) charges (approximate)?

That six hours sounds about right, yes you can use disposable 9v, or buy a new Java charger and battery if you want to (or any chargeable 9v will do). The car charger will be as fast as the normal charger.

For the record.

Fender > Ibanez in the bass

Can't touch the Precision

thanks, because in their stuff it says that the other batteries would damage the board.. wanted to make sure it isnt true.

& i started with ibanez (and stuck with them) because i liked the styling and it was better than the other one i could afford.

Naw I've owned a few Spyder ESP frames and I've never used anything but disposable 9 volts

I hope you know I'm just screwing with you about Ibanez. haha

with a couple mods you can also hook-up an RC Car battery that lasts a couple days. The Java 9.6V is 170 mAh if I'm not mistaken, and a 9.6v RC Car battery can hold many more mAh.

I have my mod posted somewhere here... I'll link it eventually...

~edit~

here it is!
Custom Battery for response trigger
