My friend is stuck with an old spyder how can we upgrade it
We want to make this gun be the best that it can be because his parents wont let him buy a new gun what so ever. Hes got a Kingman Spyder Victor II. Any idea what we should buy for it and what will work on it to make it the best that it can be? Thanks a bunch.

Here is a great site with performace mods that can be done cheap and right at home.
http://www.ottersccustoms.com/spyder.html#homemod
Other mods would be adding an electric trigger frame, an air pressure regulator, expansion chamber, a new barrel, and even switching over to compressed air instead of c02.

Valve, valve pin, bolt, striker, ASA.
Trigger and anything else you can think of is optional, but the above will give you noticable improvements!

Get a 32* Spring kit,New bolt or polish the existing one for smoother operation. Also get good drop forward and level it out a bit. If you wanna get real technical do the lp mods.

HP would be a great idea if he wants it shooting smooth and clean, coupled with a decent regulator, he should be good to go along with what was mentioned above.. after that pretty much the only thing you should do is appearance... doesnt really pay too much to dump a lot of money on a spyder to get it to perform...
