its really just a preferance
its really just a preferance of what you like to upgrade performance wise on your gun. What kind of spyder sonix is it?

The only things on the marker you might want to look at changing are the feedneck and the barrel. Instead of an expansion chamber perhaps look at an inline regulator and macro line which you'll need, but that'll depend on the use you'll give it, but given it's a sonix i'm assuming it's for occasional play so neither is absolutely necessary.
Otherwise the marker in itself is ok.
Hoppers, it's all a matter of personal preference, since it's not an electronic marker, the ROF is decent but don't expect much, so a standard VL 200 gravity loader should suffice.

Look at J&J ceramics barrels. they're great barrels and are also inexpensive. if it's just for recreational use on occasion, jus stop there. if you intend on using it a bit more, look into getting a metal, clamping feedneck and the plastic ones spyder expects you to use break very easily and very often.

There isn't much, it's a mech
You could get an electro frame though, but you don't need one of those yet

What two piece barrel might that be?
If anything, just get a J&J Ceramic barrel, it's probably the most barrel you want for the Sonix

yea, um i didn't get the name but i believe that it was a redz with spyder threading
on another note i went and shot some balls today, i mean i was pretty low on dough so i bought a 500 pack of monster balls, they did do good till after i started shooting faster than the balls were going down, the whole gun got gooped up, to the point it turned more into a paintball shotgun than a paintball gun, umm is there a way that i can make the moster balls more reliable?

If you dont screw in the tank all the way, the valve-pin doesn't open up completely, so you get restricted flow.
And for a mechanical grip, I do not know of any mods thta will work.
