Question Spyder Victor 4 Custom Project Questions

A couple days back I picked up a brand new Spyder Victor 4 (just means it has a "flush" cocking bolt, same as any other Victor otherwise) at a flea market for $20. It was pretty much out of the box, no scratches, never gassed up. Took it home, tested it, works great. Threw a 14" CMI TruFilght I had laying around on it.

I'm thinking that this will be my new project gun. I was thinking about getting a clamping feedneck, a rocking trigger, and an ACS (back cocking or top cocking, idk what fits) bolt, but does the rocking trigger fit the older Victors (as in not the 2006+ "Classic" series)? If not, what E-triggers fit it? Any other upgrade suggestions are welcomed.

And I'm thinking about a halfback mod .

dont bother with the rocking trigger, it teaches you bad form and isnt any faster than a standard single contact trigger

halfback mods are cool. but you already are on your way to a budget. if you spend a 100 bucks upgrading the thing, you just end up wasting money that could buy you a great older spyder, mr2, or something.
your on the right track with the 20 dollar gun. keep it that way. a 20 dollar gun.
i have a fantastic tlx/xtra in my sig, thats even lped, and its a 30 dollar gun. thats all i spent on it besides time and parts given to me.

project markers are not about how much you spend on them, they are about the joury to get there and the end result reguardless of how much money you dump, the cocker i have i bought for $200 and emediately dumped about $350 into it in parts, well worth it in my book and i am a long way from done with it

Alright, so the rocking trigger is a bad idea. Does anybody know if the other Kingmann E-Trigger fits, or any other readily available e-triggers? I know Alamo City Paintball is good for bolts, which of theirs do you recommend?

With a little research, the other e-trigger kingmann sells is only for "new" markers, so it's looking like I'm stuck with a rocking trigger unless I find an older frame. Shame that the other e-frames aren't commonly available.

Guess I'll be doing a little searching here in F/S/T

Ah, sorry for the double post, but the 2007 spyder e-grip should fit it. Probably end up going with that. Now, the bolt. Can you halfback a spyder with a delrin, no-oring bolt?
