Which would be better to get, Pilot ACS w/14" Proto barrel for $100 or 08 Pilot w/Eyes for $130?

ACS isn't that great, eyes all the way.
i'd get the electra 08 over pilot

The Pilot is fine, just has a composite frame
Got to see one in action, as long as you don't bash the frame into the ground, you're fine with the Pilot

If you want to go cheaper, the EW-1 also has eyes

I would get the electra 08 too, but can't find it any where cheap. Going to get the 08 Pilot. Dude didn't want to sell me the ACS and barrel for $100 shipped/pp'd. He wanted $100 + shipping/pp. I'll probably getting the 08 Pilot due to my budget. Also looking a LNIB g3 for $200 shipped.

I'd not get the G3

You get Poppet like feel and kick while getting mid level spool efficiency
Kinda defeats the purpose of getting a spool valve marker to begin with

Okay, I was really considering till I saw the 08 Pilot w/eyes for $130. I'm sure a Pilot will suffice for local D5 or D4 tournaments.
